Coaching packages

All my coaching starts with an intake session and sometimes a questionnaire to set the scene for us.

This is followed by the signing of an agreement between us so that we both understand what we are undertaking.

The format you can choose from:

  • Single sessions (or multiples thereof, to be agreed as you progress)

  • A 4 or 6 sessions pack (or multiples thereof)

  • I am also available on a 6 month or ongoing basis, depending on your needs.

If you work with me the following may happen:

  • You will feel supported, listen to, seen and heard.

  • You will look at life differently with new and often different perspectives

  • Be able to set proper boundaries

  • Find the motivation to do what needs to be done

  • Understand the way you work better

  • Have more confidence

  • Pinpoint uncomfortable or unsatisfactory areas in your life

  • Put a plan of action together

  • Find new resources around you or within

  • See the deeper issue(s)

  • Understand your values and have decision making tools

You also need to be aware that I do not do the work for you. I encourage and support you to make the changes yourself. I can only help you decide what needs to be done, when and how.

(Note: Everything you tell me during our calls stays confidential between you and me. Whether we work together or not.)
If I am in a coaching session or momentarily unavailable for some reason, I will get back to you as soon as possible



What is my role as a coach?

It is to:

  • Guide you in identifying, clarifying and (re)defining your goals

  • Review your progress with you and help you to adjust your plans or actions if needed

  • Help you to reflect with powerful questioning

  • Offer you support, acceptance and respect for who you are as a human being

  • Fully listen to you, without judgement

  • Address any questions and inquiries you may have

  • Offer you tools for development

  • Believe in you

  • Challenge you if necessary

  • Provide you complete confidentiality

What is your role?

  • Start with an open mind and heart

  • Take tiny steps to make it easier

  • Trust the process and yourself

  • Tell me how you'd like to work together

Most people work with me if they are:

Stuck In a job they don't like, in a situation they don't want or they need help in taking a decision.

Overwhelmed with too much work, too many decisions, overloaded with requests, emails, orders, trying to keep everybody happy but yourself.

Unsatisfied generally and looking for a better Work / Life Balance - Lets see where the imbalance is and rectify it.

Unable to take decisions about changing their job, changing direction, or reinventing themselves - What is it you really want?

Unclear in their thinking - We knuckle down to the real issues.

Please note that I don't have a magic wand, any of the answers or any pixie dust. I enable you to think differently, to see possibilities where you may have thought none existed before, take a look at your hidden resources and to ultimately believe in yourself as much as I believe in you.

Change often means you may get out of your comfort zone. However, I will be there to accompany you to create a new comfort zone.

Keep in mind that your personal responsibility is the key to your success. I cannot do the work for you, but I will be there alongside you.

Availability

I am available to coach in the daytime, some evenings and some weekends per month. We can meet face to face (my preferred method) or via Skype, Zoom or WhatsApp, or even over the telephone should the need arise.

Think about a couple of areas where you are blocked or like to improve in your life, be it personal or professional. Then let's chat and or meet to clarify your areas and/or goals and get to know each other. You need to feel comfortable with me as your coach, and vice versa, before we embark on a journey together.

Yes, but how much will it cost and what do I get for my money?

It depends on what you would like to work on. Most people benefit from a minimum number of sessions, although one or two sessions may be enough to find enough of the solution to help you move forward. The main benefit is that you will be listened to, supported and gain clarity on your projects, whatever they are.

Each session is for a duration of +-1 hour depending on content. Time and location to be arranged to suit both parties.

I always offer an initial free 20-30 min chemistry meeting to see if we match and if I think I can help you, which can followed by the single longer session with further sessions at a pace of one or two per month or as arranged, with follow up e-mails from either side. I am always available for a single session if you are stuck or need to take a deeper look at your situation again at any point.

What else?

A general agreement would be drawn up between us stating the confidentiality of our work together, a list of ethics that I follow and clarification of what is expected from both of us.

You will be listened to, supported and gain clarity on your projects.
