Life Coach, Wellbeing Facilitator and Trainer
I help you grow your Personal or Professional life
- - No change too small - No dream too big -
Feeling stuck in your life or career? Don't know which way to turn?
Overthinking things and just can't decide the direction you should take?
Or are you feeling as though you know more or less what you want, but don't know how to get there yet.
If you need a safe space to unload the mess in your head and to get some clarity, work with me to take a look at some possible starting points.
How? It starts by finding out who you are and what you have to offer the world. It is a process and maybe easier than you think. It takes some work, yes, but there is nothing more satisfying. I have helped hundreds of people over the years. Why not you?
I specialise in coaching and can support you through change by helping you express yourr needs and desires. In a very safe space, I help you work out your values, your strengths and also help you reflect on your life, and what is important to you, and together we make plans to get you unstuck.
Together we can absolutely do this.
Together we can absolutely do this.
Note: No change happens without dedicated action. Ask yourself "what is the cost of staying where I am?"
Questionnaire on coaching
My definition of coaching is "An inquisitive powerful series of conversations that lead to a journey of self-discovery and fulfilment".
It is a partnership where I support and champion you to reveal your hopes and dreams and help you make them come true. In simple terms, I am a travel agent for the real you. Together, let's create a (new?) comfort zone for you to reside in.
"Andy excels at coaching. He is a great listener and has a special ability to rephrase your description of events/issues in a way that makes things so clear that you can see what possible steps you should take to improve or straighten situations, whether in your work or life environment." ~ Anne-Sophie
There’s a lot in life which is outside of our control. We all face difficulties, stresses and change which are imposed upon us, and it’s easy to feel powerless when this happens.
Change is rarely easy, and forging a new path can be challenging. Especially if you are feeling that you are not living up to your potential or just fancy a complete change but don't know how you are going to do it or even where to start. This is where a Life Coach comes in.
If you find yourself needing support to find a new job or career, it may be that you need someone objective to bounce around ideas with. Call me to find out more +32 (0) 496 27 39 05
Whatever your goal, there is no need to do it alone. Work with me and I will support and accompany you on your journey to make the changes less daunting and the path much clearer. Once you know where you want to go or what it is that you want, it becomes much easier.
Hearing yourself talk out loud, saying things that you have only previously thought about, can be life changing.
I am an EMCC Accredited, long term expat and am based in between Brussels and Leuven in Belgium.
'Andy is an oasis of calm, he listens intently and thinks before giving a carefully measured answer.
I love the way he holds space for me and is not afraid of sitting with my thoughts in silence." ~ Sophie F
Personal Development, Well-being and Self-Improvement are big topics today. We all want to be the best we can, discover and fulfil our potential and live a happier life. A great way to get started with this is to get a Life coach to help you smooth the bumps in the road. Note: This is how things changed for me.
My many years of experience as a trainer has led me to develop a series of Wellbeing Workshops for groups and companies. If you are interested in the series of Wellbeing Workshops check out the dedicated page that gives more details.
How it helped me personally:
Years ago, I was stuck in a job I hated. I realised I was like a fish out of water. I needed help to sort through all the things that were going on in my head. The simple fact of having someone to talk to, to mirror back what I was saying, to read between the lines and help me clarify my goals was priceless. I wish I had done it earlier.
You can do something about it. To find out more about working with me as your coach, Contact me for a chat today.
Note: I mainly work with Expats who face many issues without family/friends support. There is no need to struggle alone.
Empathy, integrity, and openness are key words in my work.
As an accredited Personal, Leadership and Executive Coach, I am committed to understanding the challenges of individuals and teams and helping them grow and achieve all that they want to in order to live a happier more fulfilled life. Sounds fancy, but simply put, I love helping people get where they want to go. It fulfills me.
You can find me on the EMCC Website here

Or you just feel you ready for change but don’t know WHAT changes to make or HOW to make the changes? Or even WHERE to start. Give yourself permission to initiate the changes you have wanted for some time now.

Another great definition of coaching:
“Imagine having the support of someone who champions your success as much as you do, someone who will ask great questions to encourage you to tap into your own well of resources, to find the solutions you didn’t know you had; someone who will challenge you to expand your horizons and see things from different perspectives and viewpoints. That is what coaching is all about”
