To work with me is pretty straightforward.
But (there is often a 'but'), be sure that you really want to change or move ahead and that you understand that you will have to put the work in. I will put an equal amount in, but I can't make the changes for you. There are no magic answers or pixie dust. Change means you may get out of your comfort zone, however, I will be there to accompany you. Just keep in mind that your personal responsibility is the key to your success.

I am available to coach in the daytime, some evenings and some weekends per month. We can meet face to face (my preferred method) or via Skype, Zoom or WhatsApp, or even over the telephone should the need arise.
Think about a couple of areas where you are blocked or like to improve in your life, be it personal or professional. Then let's chat and or meet to clarify your areas and/or goals and get to know each other. You need to feel comfortable with me as your coach, and vice versa, before we embark on a journey together.

What is my role as a coach?
It is to:
- Guide you in identifying, clarifying and (re)defining your goals
- Review your progress with you and help you to adjust your plans or actions if needed
- Help you to reflect with powerful questioning
- Offer you support, acceptance and respect for who you are as a human being
- Fully listen to you, without judgement
- Address any questions and inquiries you may have
- Offer you tools for development
- Believe in you
- Challenge you if necessary
- Provide you complete confidentiality
Your role would be to:
- Start with an open mind
- Trust the process and yourself
- Be open to my questions and reflections and feedback
- Take responsibility for your own development.
- Commit to your own action plan
- Celebrate your successes
Yes, but how much will it cost and what do I get for my money?
It depends on what you would like to work on. Most people benefit from a minimum number of sessions, although one or two sessions may be enough to find enough of the solution to help you move forward. The main benefit is that you will be listened to, supported and gain clarity on your projects, whatever they are.

Each session is for a duration of 1 - 1.5 hours depending on content. Time and location to be arranged to suit both parties.
I always offer an initial free 20-30 min chemistry meeting to see if we match and if I think I can help you, which can followed by the single longer session with further sessions at a pace of one or two per month or as arranged, with follow up e-mails from either side. I am always available for a single session if you are stuck or need to take a deeper look at your situation again at any point.
A general contract would be drawn up between us stating the confidentiality of our work together, a list of ethics that I follow and clarification of what is expected from both of us.
You will be listened to, supported and gain clarity on your projects.
